What are the factors that influence how a director presents a scene? Why do you think different directors see things so differently?
I think the reason why directors see things differently is because everyone has their own way of reading something. Rather a script or even a scene. Just like everyone a director will read it differently within their own voice and this shows how they would see it their own way. So by seeing their own way they will end up conducting their scenes differently.
Are Macbeth’s paranoia due to his own weakness?
I beilieve that Macbeth's paranioa is due to both is own weakness as well as consequences. At first it began with just him as a weaker spined man. Lady Macbeth shows this. The thing though is that once he began to kill more and more men his conscience came into play and this leaded into more and more paranoia being present. All in all though the paranioa felt leads into not only his weakness but also consequences from the men he killed.
How do the right questions help you access text better?
The right question can help you in many ways. If you ask the right question then you can find right what your looking for while looking in text. If you use the wrong question then you can end up with a multiude of different things.
Who is weaker Macbeth or Lady Macbeth?
I believe Macbeth is the weaker of the two. Macbeth allowed his wife to take control of him and push him into killing the king. This basically got the ball rolling leading into more people dying and more death coming. Macbeth was pretty much the puppet and Lady Macbeth the string master. All in all Macbeth is weaker because if he had a backbone then he would have stepped up and told his wife. no.
Describe the process it took to make your scene.
I loved the whole process. We cut our lines down then sorted out who would say what. In the end we memorizaed our lines. That was the hardest part and we were actually trying to make our movements known. The easiest part was deffinatly the costumes. The overall thing though was an amazing experience and so muich fun.
